Payment
I'm a fee-for-service provider, which means payment is due at the time of each session. I do offer sliding scale spots when possible. When needed, I can provide a Superbill (a document you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement).
Reimbursement
I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Learn more here.
Session length
Sessions are typically 45 – 50 minutes, unless we decide otherwise during your intake.
Take the first step
If you’re healing from sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, or supporting someone who is, you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to share your story, explore your needs, and take steps toward reclaiming your voice. Healing is possible—and your first step can be as simple as scheduling a free 15-minute consultation.
